Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to spearhead our outbound sales efforts and drive revenue growth. This role is primarily focused on prospecting, generating leads, building a robust sales pipeline, and closing deals within the healthcare industry. While the primary emphasis is on full-cycle sales, this role will also involve light marketing activities such as supporting webinars, attending events, and contributing to brand awareness initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and Linkedin engagement, to identify and qualify leads.
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead generation and follow-up to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Research and identify new market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities in the CRM, ensuring pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic sales insights.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, preferably in SaaS or healthcare-related industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to occasionally support marketing activities, such as webinars or events.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Light travel to events required (estimated 2-10 days per quarter).
