Inphonite Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines Inphonite’s policy relating to the return and refund of Inphonite products. Inphonite reserves the right to change this policy with or without notice at any time.

What Items Are Eligible for a Refund?

Most software and hardware products come with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Inphonite will refund the purchase price subject to policy guidelines and warranty and license agreement provisions. All refunds may take up to 30 days to process. In all instances Inphonite reserves the right to first install and or set-up product and train users as well as try to rectify any errors or problems with either the hardware or software. If new hardware needs to be issued within the 30-day return period, the return period may be extended.

 

SOFTWARE

  • For direct customers, the 30 days begin the day after Inphonite implements the system and it successfully makes a test call to Inphonite. If the product is not implemented within 30 days of purchase, defined by the date a sales transaction document is either signed or paid, whichever comes first, then the 30 day period begins on the 15th day after sale.

  • For customers of Channel Partners, the end user must contact their reseller or distributer and abide by their return policies.

  • For Channel Partners, see your Partner Agreement, or contact your Inphonite Channel Sales Representative to discuss qualified returns.

HARDWARE

  • For direct customers, the 30 days begins on the date you purchase your product, a purchase is defined by the date a sales transaction document is either signed or paid, whichever comes first.

  • For all customers, all used hardware may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • For customers of Channel Partners, the end user must contact their reseller or distributer and abide by their return policies.

How Can I Return Items for a Refund?

  • Request an RMA within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Complete the RMA and receive an RMA Number.

  • Provide a copy of your original sales receipt indicating payment, credit card statement, or canceled check.

  • Provide complete contact information, including your street address (sorry, no PO boxes), city, state, ZIP or postal code, telephone number, and e-mail address.

  • Uninstall the software product from your computer and any storage devices and delete any backup copies, our Technical Support team can assist you if needed.

  • Include all related hardware, media and manuals.

  • Explain briefly why you want to return the product for a refund.

  • Send product, original packaging, and all related materials via traceable means with the RMA label to our Return Center. For tracking and security reasons, returns must be sent by FedEx, UPS, DHL, or certified and insured USPS.

  • Once approved (in accordance with the RMA and Return Policy) the customer will be refunded by check within 30 days.

    What Items Are Not Eligible for a Refund?

  • Any and all orders placed without completion of proper Inphonite Sales documents

  • SaaS set-up fees

  • SaaS credits, paid

  • SaaS free trial credits

  • User Licenses

  • Channel Licenses

  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software preloaded on a PC

  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software sold separately from PC (contact the reseller)

  • Dell PCs (contact Dell for your 3-year onsite repair or warranty)

  • Some “one-off” PCI/PCIE boards and other hardware (contact Inphonite to confirm specific hardware)

  • Product obtained through volume licensing or subscription (contact the reseller or distributor)

  • Product acquired for free via electronic distribution

  • Products obtained as Not For Resale product

  • Support contracts purchased with product, beyond the any Money-Back Guarantee period

  • Per Incident technical support

  • Professional Services or Custom Development costs after services are begun

  • Renewed support contracts

  • Products no longer actively sold or technically supported by Inphonite

  • Products purchased through the Inphonite employee purchase program

  • Customer “walk-in” returns

  • Shipping
