SaaS credits are used by InphoniteVoice SaaS to deliver voice calls, texts and emails. By using credits, we are able to break up your actual cost based on the type of message you send.

Sending a Voice message--What's a Completed Voice Message?

InphoniteVoice only charges for completed* voice messages. We do not charge when the call is busy, no answer, etc. when we are going to try the same number again. Once a call is connected, InphoniteVoice charges 1 credit per 2 minutes of the call. Most notifications delivered by InphoniteVoice are less than 2 minutes, so even if InphoniteVoice had to try 3 times to deliver the voice message, the voice call will only cost you 1 credit. Here are some common scenarios and credit costs for voice calls. 

  • InphoniteVoice contacted a live person on the first try. The call takes 1 minute and 12 seconds to complete. Credits used: 1
  • InphoniteVoice attempted a call 4 times with the result of a busy signal; on the 5th attempt the call was delivered to an answering machine and it took 1 minute and 45 seconds to deliver. Credits used: 1
  • *InphoniteVoice attempted to deliver the call 5 times, but all 5 times the result was no answer. Since we tried 5 times, based on your calling rules set up this is considered a completed call. (This scenario is rare, because most people have voicemail.) Credits used: 1
  • InphoniteVoice contacted a live person on the 2nd attempt. The live person repeated the message a few times and also selected the option to hear directions to the office from the voice menu. The call took 3 minutes and 30 seconds to complete. Credits used: 2

What's the minimum dollar amount I can spend?
The minimum dollar amount needed to make a purchase is often much less than $100, it all depends on your volume.

What else can you tell me about the cost?
The cost of credits is literally pennies on the dollar. Additionally, as costs of telephony services have gone down, we have been able to lower our costs as well and pass that savings on to our customers.

If InphoniteVoice delivers an email to an old email address, do I get charged?
It depends if you are on a bundle plan or paying per credit. InphoniteVoice cannot distinguish between old and new email addresses, so yes, you could be charged up to 1/10th of a credit for the attempt. You will not be charged if the email address is malformed, (e.g. missing the at (@) symbol or domain name) however. 

If a link-back inside the email is clicked to confirm or cancel the appointment, will I be charged for this?
No, this is a free feature of InphoniteVoice.

Does it cost anything to import data into InphoniteVoice?
No, importing and exporting data into and out of InphoniteVoice SaaS is free.

What if I need to change my message, is there a charge for that?
No, once you have an InphoniteVoice account you can log in and change your messages at any time. Need help? Feel free to contact our Support Department to help you out!

How about support? Is there a cost for using support?
Again, no. Our top notch Support is included in the credit pricing. 

Are there any other fees or costs to using InphoniteVoice?
Nope. InphoniteVoice SaaS is an extremely cost effective platform. There are no hidden fees.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract to use InphoniteVoice?
No. If you don't like InphoniteVoice, simply stop your payments! There are no long-term contracts or obligations on your part.
